TENDER DESCRIPTION
Annual inspections and maintenance of Espoo parish union's elevators and lifting devices as well as alarm center services. The contract is fixed-term and valid for the years 2027–2030, a total of four (4) years. The contract must include two (2) maintenance visits per year for each device. The supplier must also order periodic inspections for each device according to its prescribed inspection interval and legal requirements. The offer must include alarm center services and assistance during the performance of periodic inspections. The prices indicated in the offer must include all costs arising from producing the service. The first two (2) installer work hours per visit are entirely included in the contract price. Work time exceeding two (2) hours will be charged according to the hourly rate stated in the supplier's offer. Work time billing starts when the maintenance personnel arrive at the site and ends when they leave the site. The client will not be charged separately for travel expenses, mileage allowances, travel time, daily allowances, meal allowances, accommodation costs, office expenses, invoicing fees, or other similar costs.
