TENDER DESCRIPTION

Helsinki City Housing Ltd (Heka) is requesting tenders for elevator maintenance services for residential buildings in the southern maintenance area, approximately 435 elevators. The procurement includes annual maintenance services for elevators, elevator repairs based on unit prices, and repairs based on unpriced offers. The annual maintenance and other elevator repairs must maintain the device’s safety, reliability in operation, longevity, ease of use, and noise-free operation, and must prevent damage to the device and its parts and surfaces. In carrying out the tasks, the applicable laws and regulations, the Finnish Safety and Chemicals Agency (Tukes) and the equipment manufacturer’s instructions, as well as good working practices and diligence must be complied with. The elevators were manufactured in different years and have several different manufacturers. One supplier is selected for the sub-area. The contract period is two (2) years, and the option year(s) of the contract are 1 + 1 years.
