TENDER DESCRIPTION

Project description: The District of Offenbach plans the construction of a special needs school with the focus on intellectual development in Rodgau. The new school building is to be constructed on a plot of land in Rodgau-Dudenhofen, south of the Claus-von-Stauffenberg-Schule. +++ Scope of services: The services for technical equipment will be awarded in accordance with §§ 53 et seq. HOAI, LPH 1-9, plant groups 1-3, 7 (swimming pool technology), 8 +++ Project timeframe: Project start is planned for the first quarter of 2027. For planning and construction, a period of approximately about 4 years is planned. +++ Project costs: A total budget for cost group 200-600 of around EUR 35.15 million net has been set. Of this, approximately EUR 21.46 million net is allocated to KG 300 and approximately EUR 10.97 million net to KG 400. For external facilities, EUR 1.20 million net is budgeted, and an additional EUR 700,000 net is budgeted for non-public site access. +++ For a description of the project requirements, see the project description in the tender documents.
