The system must in particular be suitable for PFAS applications as well as for research applications in food, pharmaceutical residues, and environmental analytics. Functionally equivalent or technically superior solutions are permissible insofar as this is expressly provided for in the requirements set out below, or equivalence is demonstrated by the tenderer.
