TENDER DESCRIPTION

The high-level government consulting is carried out in countries in Eastern Europe, the Western Balkans, the South Caucasus and Central Asia. At present, the consulting is provided in the countries Ukraine, Belarus (currently suspended), Moldova, Georgia (currently suspended), Uzbekistan and Kosovo. Starting in 2027, the consulting is to be provided in the countries Ukraine, Moldova, Uzbekistan, Kosovo, Albania and North Macedonia. If additional budgetary funds are made available, Armenia is vorgesehen as an additional programme country. The core and prerequisite for acceptance of the consulting by the governments of the target countries is the independence and demand orientation of the consulting. The consulting is provided at the request and in response to demand from institutions of the partner country. The specific topics for the economic policy consulting are proposed primarily by institutions and government authorities of the partner countries to the contractor (AN) or the BMWE.
