TENDER DESCRIPTION

The high-level government consulting is carried out in states in Eastern Europe, the Western Balkans, the South Caucasus and Central Asia. Currently, consulting takes place in the countries Ukraine, Belarus (currently suspended), Moldova, Georgia (currently suspended), Uzbekistan and Kosovo. From 2027, the consulting is to take place in the countries Ukraine, Moldova, Uzbekistan, Kosovo, Albania and North Macedonia. If additional budget funds are provided, Armenia is planned as an additional programme country. The core and prerequisite for acceptance of the consulting by the governments of the target countries is the independence and demand-driven nature of the consulting. The consulting is provided at the request and in response to demand from institutions of the partner country. The specific topics for the economic policy consulting are proposed primarily by institutions and government bodies of the partner countries to the contractor (AN) or to the BMWE. In this way, the government consulting complements the toolkit of foreign trade promotion instruments, which are aimed primarily at companies.
