TENDER DESCRIPTION

The University of Applied Sciences Campus Vienna (HCW) (short name “AG”) invites tenders for the delivery, installation and commissioning of a fully functional field-emission electron microscope (FE-REM), including training for AG staff, as well as optional services relating to system components and in the area of maintenance and servicing. The objective of the present procurement procedure is therefore the conclusion of a “contract for the procurement of a field-emission electron microscope (FE-REM)” (short name “service contract”) between the AG on the one hand and the tenderer ranked best in the present procurement procedure on the other. The tendered field-emission electron microscope (FE-REM) is procured as part of a funded infrastructure project for research (funded by MA23 – Economic Affairs, Labour and Statistics, City of Vienna). The AG therefore makes available for the tendered field-emission electron microscope (FE-REM) – meaning for all services called off by the AG from the future contractor within the funding period (until 31.12.2030) in accordance with the performance specification after contract award – a maximum total budget of EUR 310,000.00 (excluding VAT).
