TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. Object of procurement A confocal laser scanning microscope is to be procured for high-resolution microscopic examination of biological samples and biomaterial-based systems. 2. Scope of application The system will be used for research work in the fields of cell biology, biomaterials, 3D cell cultures and structured samples. It is intended to enable high-resolution imaging of samples, detection of fluorescence signals, and analysis of three-dimensional structures. 3. Functional requirements The system must in particular be suitable for: - confocal fluorescence microscopy - optical section imaging and Z-stacks - high-resolution image acquisition of biological and biomaterial-related samples - multi-channel acquisition - quantitative image analysis - documentation and export of image data 4.
