TENDER DESCRIPTION

The general objective of environmental construction supervision (UBB) is - to carry out the construction in a manner that complies with approval and environmental law, - to avoid liability damages under the Environmental Damage Act during construction, - to avoid environmental damage and the resulting costs and delays in time, - to avoid disruptions in the construction process by timely notification of deadlines, conditions and suitable measures, - evidence preservation and documentation. Services for environmental construction supervision are intended for the prevention and avoidance of ecological and economic damage and for supporting the contracting authority on matters relevant to the environment. The essential UBB services for this project are: 1. Clarifying the scope of tasks 2. Accompanying construction execution: participation in construction consultations, monitoring the protection, avoidance and route-adjacent compensation measures, carrying out preparatory measures under species protection law and granting relevant construction releases 3.
