TENDER DESCRIPTION
The City of Schönebeck (Elbe) intends to procure a modular, mobile flood protection system for operational flood protection. The objective of the procurement is to obtain the greatest possible length of protection within the budgetary framework available for the procurement of a maximum of EUR 615,400.00 gross. The length of protection offered by the bidder forms part of the award evaluation. All technical and functional requirements described below are minimum requirements and must be satisfied for the entire offered length of protection. The offered length of protection must be fully functional at a protective height of at least 0.90 m.
