TENDER DESCRIPTION

Services are commissioned in accordance with § 39 ff. HOAI in conjunction with Annex 11.1 HOAI covering service phases 4 to 9. The client envisages a phased commissioning. Initially, service phase 4 will be requested either fully or limited to certain partial services. This is against the background that the actual required scope of the public-law approvals to be provided within this service specification is not yet definitively determined at this point in time. The calculation in the fee proposal must be based on the full service phase 4. If the evaluation of individual basic services is necessary, it shall be based on the FBS table (Fuchs/Berger/Seifert, HOAI, 3rd edition 2022). Commissioning of phases 5 to 9 is optional. There is no legal entitlement to the assignment of services beyond service phase 4. Please name any necessary subcontractors for the respective contract subject matter informally. The contracting authority reserves the right to request suitability documents. According to the contract, the contractor shall perform the following services within the 1st stage: 1.
