TENDER DESCRIPTION
The Kainuu Welfare Area requests tenders for Holter services for the Department of Internal Medicine and Paediatrics at Kainuu Central Hospital, and for the health centres of Suomussalmi, Kuhmo, Puolanka and Sotkamo as specialised medical care. The estimated contract period is 1.3.2027–28.2.2029. The contract period begins when both contracting parties have signed the agreement and lasts for two (2) years. In addition, the contracting authority reserves an option for 1 + 1 years. The service includes equipment, automatic data transmission, analysis, and a cardiologist’s report. The service provider is responsible for the Holter recording devices. The device is handed to the customer by a nurse either from the outpatients’ clinic of the Department of Internal Medicine at Kainuu Central Hospital or from the health centres of Suomussalmi, Kuhmo, Puolanka and Sotkamo. The customer returns the device to the nursing staff, who will retrieve the recording and patient background information and enter them into the service provider’s electronic system/service.
