TENDER DESCRIPTION

As part of the contract for the timber construction, carpentry and roofing works, the following work is to be carried out by the contractor: A. Dismantling of Eternit roof covering with approx. 1,000 sqm, year built 2003, including all connections, gutters, etc.; B. Separation/detachment of façade connections by dismantling these up to the defined value (ceiling level above EG), OK-Decke über EG; C. Dismantling of the roof truss for two pitched roof planes with approx. 100 sqm of area, including all connections; D. Cleaning, sealing of the ceiling above EG, etc.; E. Fabrication, delivery and installation of new wall elements for 6 classrooms including the corridor and common room; F. Fabrication, delivery and installation of a new ceiling above OG including cladding and thermal insulation; G.
