The goal is to keep the execution time on site as short as possible in order to largely exclude weather-related risks. The partial trades are coordinated with each other, across trade interfaces, to be calculated, offered, and executed as a complete service. The services site setup, work & assembly planning, structural calculation, assembly scaffolding, risk assessment and assembly instructions (including securing building intermediate states), documentation, each refer to all partial trades of the timber shell construction tender.
