TENDER DESCRIPTION

a) For the refurbishment of patient rooms and ward stations on floors 1 to 3 of the Artemed Klinikum München Süd, wooden interior doors with steel sheet door frames are procured. The services include in particular: 202 units of interior doors; 42 units of sliding doors for bathrooms; 15 units of fire doors. b) For the project, in order to shorten the submission period in accordance with Section 12 EU para. 1 no. 2 VOB/A, a prior information notice was published in the Official Journal of the European Union (TED - Tenders Electronic Daily) under publication number 566614-2026 on 17 August 2026. The subject matter of this procurement procedure is the wooden interior doors designated in the prior information notice under point 5.1 Lot: LOT-0005. c) The contracting authority intends, as part of the comprehensive refurbishment of the patient rooms and ward stations on floors 1 to 3 of the Artemed Klinikum München Süd, to award multiple construction contracts for various trades.
