TENDER DESCRIPTION
The Service will be delivered from May Place House, Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council's primary emergency access short-term accommodation for single people in the borough. May Place House is a supported accommodation setting which is currently undergoing an extensive refurbishment programme, within Basingstoke town centre, providing 18 bedrooms with ensuites and 5 kitchenette areas throughout the building. The operator will be required to deliver 24/7 waking support for up to 18 single service users at any one time and implement a model of service delivery that meets the diverse needs of single people aged 18+ in need of housing related support.
