TENDER DESCRIPTION
This tender seeks a qualified contractor for the hosting, management, maintenance, and further development of the corporate website of BUas, built on Drupal. The core scope includes an "as-is" transition and migration of the existing website with all its connections, followed by ongoing maintenance, management, and iterative, agile-based development, all commencing by January 7, 2027. Key technical requirements mandate compatibility with Drupal 10, WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility, open standards, and compliance with ISO 27001, SURF Juridisch Normenkader, and NIS2, alongside robust security measures such as TLS1.3 and multi-factor authentication. The initial contract term is 48 months, starting January 7, 2027, with the possibility of two 24-month extensions, extending the total duration to a maximum of 96 months. Tenderers must demonstrate sufficient financial and economic capacity, adequate professional and/or legal liability insurance, and an auditor's report without a "going concern" paragraph.
