TENDER DESCRIPTION

SWH tenders the provision of a highly available cloud infrastructure in the contractor’s data center. The service consists not only of providing data center capacity, but, due to the intended role as solution provider, includes overall responsibility for the stable and future-proof operation of Schleupen.CS. The services to be provided in particular include: - provision of the necessary hardware and data center infrastructure, - provision of software required for operating the systems (among other things, current versions of Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft SQL Server, Remote Desktop Services, released by Schleupen SE (and if applicable Citrix for publishing Remote Apps)), - taking over and/or migrating the existing system (including the sub-systems necessary for operation) to data center operation, - taking over existing interfaces to third-party service providers (mandatory: SMGWA, ticketing system, customer portal), - operation of the Schleupen.CS system (including the sub-systems) in the data center: productive and test systems with the existing tenants, - sufficiently high-performance—at least with symmetrical 200 Mbit/s—Internet connection of the client to the…
