TENDER DESCRIPTION
To ensure cost-effective, secure, highly available, scalable and future-proof operation, the required technical hosting infrastructure, including the operating services defined in this performance specification, shall be provided and operated by an external service provider. The technical platform shall be provided in a professionally operated data center of the contracting authority or of a subcontractor engaged by it.
