TENDER DESCRIPTION

Scope Ekerö Municipality requires access to qualified, needs-adapted expert support in the field of threat assessment and advice in cases of threats and unauthorised influence. The assignment includes support to the municipality in situations where employees or elected representatives are subjected to threats, hate, harassment or other forms of unauthorised influence. The supplier shall conduct structured threat assessments, provide advice to affected individuals and managers, propose protective and support measures, and assist the municipality in dialogue and collaboration with relevant stakeholders, such as the Swedish Police Authority (Polismyndigheten). The assignment is called off by the hour as required. The supplier is not guaranteed any minimum scope. Contract period The contract period is from 2027-01-01 to 2028-12-31. If the contracting authority does not terminate the contract no later than three (3) months before the contract expires, the contract is automatically extended to 2029-12-31 and 2030-12-31.
