TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of this procurement procedure is the supply of a mobile, bidirectional AC/DC power system for use in a development and testing laboratory. The system must be operable both as a programmable electrical source and as a sink, and must enable bidirectional energy transfer between the AC supply grid and the DC side. The required rated total power is 150 kW. The system is to be designed for DC operation up to 800 V per channel, as well as for the series and parallel operating modes specified in this performance specification.
