TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this procurement procedure is a framework agreement with an economic operator according to § 21 para. 3 VgV for the procurement of HPE Aruba Networking components for facilities of Sana Kliniken AG as entitled contracting authorities. The framework agreement is a contract concluded for the term stated in the notice (24+12 months), which obliges the contractor to perform the services called off by individual orders under the conditions specified in the framework agreement and the respective individual order. These individual orders are issued exclusively by the contracting authorities named in contract annex 3 "Directory of Contracting Authorities" to the company that is the contractual partner of the framework agreement at that time. The entitled contracting authorities each call off the required services via individual orders according to the conditions of the framework agreement. The estimated demand can be found in contract annex 4. The total order volume of all individual orders incurred during the term is thus not bindingly determined. There is no obligation to accept. Upon award, the framework agreement is concluded for all entitled contracting authorities.…
