Procurement of a cloud-based, internet-connection requiring, regularly subscription-fee charged software service for KAPOS HOLDING Public Utility Nonprofit Private Limited Company (KAPOS HOLDING Közszolgáltató Nonprofit Zártkörűen Működő Részvénytársaság) and further 5 economic companies belonging to the company’s sphere of interest. The system sought will provide IT support for the end-to-end HR, payroll, - social insurance and benefits management processes for a total of 900 employees. The procurement process includes, from the currently used system—following the outcome of the public procurement procedure—complete data-stock migration to the selected system, as well as the related system integration and development tasks. 1. Basic conditions for the tenderer and the system: • Complete data migration from the currently used software, transfer of historical data in such a way that the legacy data can be searched in accordance with the former structural breakdown.
