TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Free State of Saxony, represented by the Sächsisches Immobilien- und Baumanagement (SIB) state-owned enterprise, plans at the Bautzen site, due to an increasing number of students and continuing education participants and the rising requirements for training, to reorganise the Hochschule der Sächsischen Polizei (FH). The subject of the services put out to tender here is the manufacture and installation of a flat roof ceiling in a timber structure, as a system ceiling made of hollow-box elements in the area above the two-field sports hall. The bearing is to be carried out on site-made tension beam binders; the fixing to the parapets and walls is to be produced using steel angle brackets. The wooden ceiling must, among other things, meet requirements for fire protection and sound insulation.
