TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Free State of Saxony, represented by the Saxon State Enterprise for Real Estate and Construction Management (SIB), plans at the Bautzen site due to an increasing number of students and continuing education participants and due to the increasing requirements for training the reorganisation of the University of the Saxon Police (FH). The subject of the services put out to tender here is the manufacture and installation of a flat roof ceiling in a timber structure, as a system ceiling made of hollow-box elements in the area above the two-field sports hall. The bearing is carried out on tensioned bed joists provided on site; the fixing to parapets and walls is to be made using steel angle brackets. The timber ceiling must, among other things, meet requirements for fire and sound insulation.
