TENDER DESCRIPTION

HSM (Herner Schulmodernisierungsgesellschaft mbH) modernises the schools of the City of Herne. One such school is the Europaschule. The Europaschule is a three-stream school in the district of Eickel, at Königstraße 25 in 44651 Herne. The school building was erected in 1975 and is currently being extensively renovated by HSM and expanded by adding a single-storey new-build for a canteen. The project is divided into three construction phases ("BA"): BA 1 relates to the existing building, structural component A1, and the extension building A2; BA 2 includes the existing building, structural component B; and construction phase C relates to the gymnasium. Reference is made to the document titled "Übersicht Bauabschnitte" (Overview of construction phases). The overall construction measure will be carried out during ongoing school operations. In the summer holidays of 2024, during the construction period, a container facility was established, which is also intended to be used for the remaining construction period. For the overall construction measure, a building permit has already been issued. An amendment (Tektur) submitted together with the building permit is still pending approval.…
