TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract concerns the execution of works under a Total Contract for the Opéra Therapeutic Center project, broken down into several sub-projects and SIA phases. The scope of the services is described in the specifications for the call for tenders as well as in its annexes: * Sub-project 1a: Partial extension of the Opéra Building. The contract covers: * o Firm phase: SIA phase 32; * o Phases conditional on obtaining funding by a vote on a Bill, and conditional on obtaining the valid Building Permit DD 348’157/1: SIA phases 41, 51, 52, 53; * Sub-project 1b: Seismic reinforcement of the Opéra Building. The contract covers: * o Firm phases: end of SIA phase 31, SIA phase 32, SIA phase 33; * o Phases conditional on obtaining funding by a vote on a Bill, and conditional on obtaining the valid Building Permit DDXX/1: SIA phases 41, 51, 52, 53; * Sub-project 2 in mandatory option: Renovation / extension of the pharmacy logistics hub at Opéra-R level: * o Phases conditional in particular on the subsequent validation by the Contracting Authority (Client): SIA phases 31, 32, 33; * o Phases conditional on the subsequent and unilateral decision of the awarding authority: SIA phases…
