TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract covers medical coding services intended to supplement the coding team’s internal capacity at HUG, for coding diagnoses (ICD-10-GM) and procedures and interventions (CHOP) in the files assigned to the Contractor. The contract consists of a single lot. The coding must be carried out exclusively by qualified human medical coders (medical coders), to the exclusion of any use, by the Contractor, of an assisted coding tool or a tool automated by artificial intelligence, at any stage of the process, in accordance with the requirements defined in the Technical Specifications (TS). HUG wish to enter into framework agreements with a maximum of two specialized service providers in order to secure, ensure continuity, and improve responsiveness, service continuity, and the quality of the delegated coding.
