TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is the building contract for modification and repair works for Huittinen City’s auxiliary school (main contractor, divided contract). In the project, the current so-called auxiliary school building will be converted into a five-group daycare centre and into a family centre for use by the Satakunta wellbeing services county. As part of the repair and modification work, a new civil protection shelter will be built in the building and the property yard areas will be renovated. The project will be implemented as a divided contract, in which the building contractor acts as the main contractor. The content and scope of the contract are determined in accordance with the plans published in Projektipankki Pro, the work specifications and other tender documents at https://www.projektipankki.pro/BidPublic/Bids.aspx?ID=39.
