TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is the building automation (RAU) contract for alteration and repair works for the Huittinen city out-of-the-way school. In the project, the current so-called out-of-the-way school building will be converted into a five-group day care centre and into a family centre for use by the Satakunta wellbeing services county. In connection with the repair and alteration works, a new civil shelter will be built in the building and the property’s yard areas will be renovated. The project will be implemented as a divided contract, in which the building contractor acts as the main contractor. The content and scope of the contract are determined in accordance with the plans, specifications and other tender documents published in Projektipankki Pro https://www.projektipankki.pro/BidPublic/Bids.aspx?ID=39 . Familiarisation with the site is mandatory for all tenderers at Monday 12.10.2026 at 14:00–15:30, week 42.
