TENDER DESCRIPTION

Within the administrative boundary of Budapest, District XV, on public areas managed by PALOTA-HOLDING Zrt. and at residential and non-residential properties, collection and transport of biodegradable green waste and construction waste in the form of a framework contract up to a net budget of HUF 125,000,000. The contracting authority commits to utilizing 70% of the framework budget (hereinafter: Mandatory Utilization Amount). The contracting authority is not obligated to utilize beyond the Mandatory Utilization Amount but is entitled to do so anytime during the contract period. The estimated annual quantity of waste to be transported is 200 tons for biodegradable waste and 100 tons for construction debris. The contracting authority indicates that the estimated quantities are provided for informational purposes only. The tasks to be performed are ad hoc in nature, with varying frequency and quantities, to be carried out based on notifications and scheduled work processes.
