TENDER DESCRIPTION

In connection with the activities of MVM Démász Electricity Grid Ltd. (hereinafter: Contracting Authority or CA) in the service area, the takeover, transport and handling of hazardous and non-hazardous wastes generated in its service area (including the activities of external contractors performing work on its behalf) in accordance with statutory requirements, and, in connection therewith, the provision of waste collection containers, loading/unloading, as well as comprehensive waste coordination. The successful Bidder (hereinafter: Bidder) must take over the waste at the waste collection sites operated at the Contracting Authorities’ premises, and also—taking into account the specific features of task performance—at the substations located in the service area and at individual construction sites, in the manner organized to suit the individual construction sites, as well as at the waste receiving premises designated by the Bidder. After the takeover, the Bidder, as the waste possessor, is responsible for waste handling.
