TENDER DESCRIPTION
Procurement of human medtech devices (pathological laboratory equipment, cutting-edge molecular biology instruments, devices assisting cadaver diagnostics, hand-held instruments, prion diagnostic equipment, toxicology automatons) for Semmelweis University within a dynamic purchasing system framework. The estimated value of the procurements covered by the DPS is planned at net HUF 1,400,000,000, from which the Contracting Authority may deviate during the term of the DPS in accordance with its specific procurement needs. The expected duration of the contracts planned to be concluded is up to 12 months; the number of contracts is expected to be 40. The lowest value of the contracts planned to be concluded: net HUF 10,000,000; the highest value: net HUF 100,000,000. The contracts are intended to be concluded during the existence of the DPS; however, their period of validity may extend beyond the DPS term. The Contracting Authority is not able to determine in advance the quantities (number of units) of the products to be procured under the DPS with exact precision in the participation phase of the procedure.
