TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is the repair works for apartments and common areas in residential buildings in the areas of Haaga, Kannelmäki, Malminkartano and Maunula of Helsingin kaupungin asunnot Oy (Heka). There are approximately 93 sites, with approximately 9,600 apartments. The repair works are carried out in residential apartments as well as in shared/common areas, such as club rooms, outdoor equipment storage rooms, cellar corridors, and other such spaces. The works to be performed are mainly different repair works related to surface structures and the equipment of the apartment, for example: • refurbishment of wall surfaces and re-papering, • refurbishment of ceiling surfaces, • painting of radiators and pipes, • replacement of trims for windows and doors, • replacement of leaf doors for intermediate doors and door frames, • replacement of floor coverings, • replacement of kitchen cabinets and built-in fixtures * repairs to bathrooms, including fixtures and fittings • reconstruction of damage repairs • in addition, possible minor repairs in the outdoor area, e.g. repairs for snow-clearing damage and repairs to the building, yard, or equipment as work billed on…
