TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is repair works for apartments and common areas in residential buildings in the Haaga, Kannelmäki, Malminkartano and Maunula areas of Helsinki City’s Housing Ltd (Heka). There are approximately 93 properties, with approximately 9,600 apartments. The repair works are carried out in residential apartments and in shared spaces, such as club rooms, outdoor equipment storage facilities, basement corridors, and other such premises. The works to be carried out are mainly various repair works related to surface structures and apartment fittings, for example: • refurbishment painting and wallpapering of wall surfaces, • refurbishment painting of ceiling surfaces, • painting of radiators and pipes, • replacement of mouldings/listings for windows and doors, • replacement of door leaves and frames for intermediate doors, • replacement of floor coverings/coatings, • replacement of kitchen cabinets and built-in fixtures * repairs to bathrooms including fixtures and fittings, • reconstruction of repairs for damage, • in addition, any minor repair works in the yard area, e.g. repairs to snow-clearing damage and repairs to the building, the yard or the…
