TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is repair works for the apartments and common areas of residential buildings in the Haaga, Kannelmäki, Malminkartano and Maunula areas of Helsinki City Housing Ltd (Heka). There are approximately 93 sites, with approximately 9,600 apartments. The repair works are carried out in residential apartments as well as in common areas, such as club rooms, outdoor equipment storage rooms, basement corridors, and other similar areas. The works to be carried out are for the most part various repair works related to surface structures and the equipment of the apartment, for example: • repainting refurbishment and wallpapering of wall surfaces, • repainting refurbishment of ceiling surfaces, • painting radiators and pipes, • replacing trims for windows and doors, • replacing door leaves and frames of intermediate doors, • replacing floor coverings, • replacing kitchen cabinets and built-in fixtures * repairs to bathrooms with their fixtures and fittings, • reconstruction of damage repairs • in addition, any minor repairs in the outdoor yard area, e.g. repairs to snow-clearing damage and repairs to the building, yard or fixtures on a cost-accounting…
