TENDER DESCRIPTION

The HUS Joint Authority requests tenders for ethanol-based hand sanitisers. The products are described in more detail below in the tender documents and in Appendix 1 to the tender documents, Product Specification. This is a framework contract purchase covering all items, i.e. the procurement has not been divided into lots. Three contract suppliers will be selected. An electronic auction is used in implementing the procurement. During the contract period, in addition, products belonging to product groups that are subject to the contract may be purchased in accordance with the estimated value of the procurement, which products are not specified in the Product Specification (see draft contract). The contract period is 2 years, after which the contracts continue until further notice. Prices are fixed for the actual contract period (2 years). This is a joint procurement by multiple contracting authorities, carried out as a procurement consortium (procurement ring).
