TENDER DESCRIPTION

The HUS Group requests tenders for ethanol-based hand disinfectants. The products are described in more detail below in the tender documents and in Appendix 1 (Product specification) of the tender documents. This is a framework procurement, i.e. the contract has not been divided into lots. Three contract suppliers will be selected. An electronic auction is used in carrying out the procurement. During the contract period, additional products belonging to product groups that are covered by the agreement and that are not specified in the product specification may also be procured in accordance with the estimated value of the procurement (see draft agreement). The contract period is 2 years, after which the agreements continue for an indefinite period. Prices are fixed for the actual contract period (2 years). This is a joint procurement by multiple contracting entities, carried out via a procurement consortium (procurement ring).
