TENDER DESCRIPTION
The object of the procurement is the renovation of Building B of the HUS Women's Clinic implemented as a collaborative project management contract with a target budget. Building B is the last part of the main building of the Women's Clinic that has not been renovated. The building was commissioned in 1934 and is protected under zoning as sr-2. The renovation covers Building B from the tunnel floor to the roof (total floor area approx. 8,661 gross square meters), resolves indoor air problems, and renews the facilities to meet the requirements of specialized medical care. Additionally, a connecting corridor will be constructed between parts C and L, a new elevator will be installed, and the roof will be raised to accommodate the ventilation machine room. The renovation design is currently underway. The project will be executed in an operating hospital environment, where continuity of operations, patient and personnel safety, as well as high cleanliness and hygiene requirements must be taken into account.
