TENDER DESCRIPTION

HUS Kiinteistöt Oy is putting out to tender the lift modernization work for hospital sites. The invitation to tender includes lifts from the following sites: Meilahti Hospital and the Oncology Clinic. The tentative delivery time is 2028. The lift contractor acts as the main implementer of the work and the main contractor. The tenderer must have familiarised themselves with the construction site in person and checked the required measurements. The contract offer must be submitted in accordance with the contract offer form prepared by the contracting authority. The tender must include the requested breakdowns and certificates.
