TENDER DESCRIPTION

HUS Kiinteistöt Oy is tendering installation, maintenance, and repair works for camera surveillance systems required in hospitals and other premises located in the operational area of the HUS joint municipal authority. Such premises are mainly located in the cities of Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa, Hyvinkää, Lohja, Porvoo and Raasepori, but activities also exist on a smaller scale in other localities. The installation, maintenance and repair works for camera surveillance systems are described in more detail in annex 2 of the invitation to tender - service description, as well as in annexes 3-6. Three (3) suppliers will be selected for the entire HUS area, unless fewer approved offers are received. The contract period is two (2) years. The contract includes the option of one (1) two (2) year extension. For contractors selected to the framework agreement, a mini-competition is always organised for procurements/contracts exceeding the national threshold (project-specific contract), based on which the project-specific contractor is selected.
