TENDER DESCRIPTION

HUS Kiinteistöt Oy is tendering installation, maintenance and repair works required for camera surveillance systems in hospitals and other premises located in the operational area of the HUS consortium. Such premises are mainly located in the cities of Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa, Hyvinkää, Lohja, Porvoo and Raseborg, but operations also exist on a smaller scale in other localities. The installation, maintenance and repair works for camera surveillance systems are described in more detail in Annex 2 service description and Annexes 3-6 of the request for tenders. Three (3) suppliers will be selected for the entire HUS area unless fewer acceptable bids are received. The contract period is two (2) years. The contract includes the option for one (1) additional two (2) year extension. For contractors selected to the framework agreement, a mini-competition (project-specific contract) will always be arranged for procurements/contracts exceeding the national threshold value, based on which the project-specific contractor will be selected.
