TENDER DESCRIPTION

HUS Kiinteistöt Oy is tendering the installation, maintenance and repair works needed for camera surveillance systems in hospitals and other facilities located in the operating area of the HUS consortium. These facilities are mainly located in the cities of Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa, Hyvinkää, Lohja, Porvoo and Raseborg, but activities also take place in other locations on a smaller scale. The installation, maintenance and repair works of camera surveillance systems are described in more detail in Appendix 2 service description as well as Appendices 3-6 of the request for tenders. Three (3) suppliers will be selected for the entire HUS area unless fewer acceptable bids are received. The contract period is two (2) years. The contract includes the possibility of one (1) option period of two (2) years. For contractors selected to the framework agreement, a mini-competition (project-specific contract) will always be organized for procurements/contracts exceeding the national threshold value, on the basis of which the project-specific contractor is selected.
