TENDER DESCRIPTION

HUS Kiinteistöt Oy is tendering the installation, maintenance, and repair works required for camera surveillance systems in hospitals and other premises located in the operational area of the HUS Group. Such premises are mainly located in the cities of Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa, Hyvinkää, Lohja, Porvoo, and Raasepori, but activities also take place in other municipalities on a smaller scale. The installation, maintenance, and repair works of the camera surveillance systems are described in more detail in Appendix 2: Service Description, and in Appendices 3-6 of the request for tenders. Three (3) suppliers will be selected for the entire HUS area unless fewer eligible offers are received. The contract period is two (2) years. The contract includes the option for one (1) extension period of two (2) years. For contractors selected in the framework agreement, a mini-competition (project-specific contract) will always be held for procurement/contracts exceeding the national threshold value, based on which a project-specific contractor will be selected.
