TENDER DESCRIPTION
Wetterskip Fryslân announces the tender for the project "dike improvement Ternaard – Peazens-Moddergat (TPM)". The dike strengthening project "dike improvement TPM" is part of the Flood Protection Programme (Hoogwaterbeschermingsprogramma). The tender concerns a European tender procedure according to the competitive dialogue. The purpose of the tender is to conclude one Contract with one undertaking or a combination of undertakings for the Contract: Dike Improvement TPM. This involves designing and implementing the Dike Improvement TPM for the primary flood defence structure—the dike ring 6.4 of the Wadden Sea dike—between kilometre 42.90 and up to and including kilometre 54.40. The Contract will be awarded to the Tenderer that has submitted the Economically Most Advantageous Tender based on the best price-quality ratio. The Contracting Authority’s objective is to contract the most suitable Contractor who, based on project-specific competences, expertise, equipment and distinctive capability, carries out the Contract (designing and implementing the dike improvement TPM) and prevents and manages the risks as well as possible.
