3. Specific Services (Marché subséquent X): These are ad-hoc services that can be mobilized for specific needs like expertise, studies, assistance, evolution, development, or maintenance, which fall outside the fixed-price deployment or operational services. These services may relate to the platform's architecture, information systems, cybersecurity, hydrogeology, hydraulics, and associated modeling, involving expert engineers, engineers, and technicians.
4. Reversibility (Marché subséquent X): This phase focuses on ensuring the complete reversibility of the platform at the end of the framework agreement or a specific subsequent contract. It includes the preparation, restitution, documentation, and assistance to the syndicate or a designated third party. Key deliverables are the constitution and submission of a complete reversibility file, restitution of all data, repositories, results, configurations, interfaces, and documentation, and assistance during the reversibility process.
Additionally, the project requires the submission of a framing document that details the functional and technical architecture, mapping of components, interfaces and flows, integration strategies, parametrization principles, a detailed planning, and identified risks with their mitigation measures.
