TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is the provision and extension of subscription licenses for the virtualization platform VMware Cloud Foundation used by the contracting authority (manufacturer Broadcom), including the associated manufacturer support, as well as additional supplementary support services of the contractor available on demand. This is a pure license and extension business together with maintenance and on-demand support services. The scope of services includes in detail: - Provision and extension of the subscription licenses for the positions VMware Cloud Foundation (Subscription, 12 months) and VMware vDefend Firewall Bundle (Subscription, 12 months) in each case for 2,360 Cores, with the licensing of both positions being congruent using the same core number; - Proof of registration of the licenses with the manufacturer; - Manufacturer support and maintenance for the term of the subscription, at least at the manufacturer’s support level “Production Support”, with availability of 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for critical incidents (Severity 1); - A support contingent of the contractor available on demand in person-days of up to a maximum of 5 person-days for the…
