The procurement concerns a partnering contract for tenant fit-out of the property Pannverkstaden at Lundbyvassen 4:6, owned by Fastighets AB Fribordet. A permanent two-storey pavilion building with plant space on the roof is to be constructed and will house laboratories, climate-controlled test rooms, a test gym, changing rooms and offices. The building is designed for 150 persons and comprises approximately 5,400 m² BTA. The assignment also includes adaptation of outdoor areas.
