TENDER DESCRIPTION
Ekerö Municipality intends to procure rental contracts for a group home. Conditions The group home shall follow the municipality’s framework programme for housing with special services and shall be built within Ekerö town or Stenhamra and adjacent areas that are marked on the attached map (see Appendix - Ekerö town and Stenhamra). The municipality does not provide any property for the construction of the group home; it is the tendering company that must have access to a suitable property. Contract period The contract period is fifteen (15) years. Value The estimated value of the procurement is between SEK 1.5 million and SEK 2.5 million per year.
