Hyvinkään Vuokra-asunnot Oy, Lehtirinteentie 1, 05440 Hyvinkää. The site is located in District 28, Metsäkalteva, in the city of Hyvinkää, in Plot 1, Block 2719. The construction project comprises two two-storey apartment buildings (buildings B and C), two terraced houses (buildings A and D), and a utility building (building E). A total of 29+2(LE) parking spaces will be built on the yard. A new deep waste collection system for the site will also be constructed (Molok). The two-storey buildings are made of concrete prefabricated element structures; the ground floor slab, intermediate floor slab, and upper floor slab are made of hollow-core slabs. The one-storey buildings are made of timber prefabricated element structures; the ground floor slab is made of hollow-core slabs. Fire class P3 for the terraced houses and yard building, and P2 for the apartment buildings. Indoor climate is designed according to class S2; surface materials have an emissions class M1.
